Your tasks:

• Advice and support for our customers via email and telephone
• Sale of cruises and additional services
• Creating optimal travel plans according to the customers' wishes
• Processing of travel bookings
• Supporting our customers after the sale

Your profile:

• Passion for cruising and the ability to pass this passion on to customers
• Professional experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a travel agency or with an operator
• Extensive knowledge of various shipping companies
• Confident handling of customer advice by telephone and e-mail
• Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
• Team spirit and high service orientation
• Good knowledge of English
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as well as in the evenings
