Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for acquiring, expanding and maintaining our business customer relationships.
  • Your core activity is the acquisition of new customers 
  • An important part of your job is creating offers and actively following up.
  • You document the conversations held in our system and are jointly responsible for maintaining the data.
  • Together with the management, you are the interface and contact person for our customers' concerns.

Your profile:

  • Passion for cruises
  • Professional experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a travel agency or with an operator
  • Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Several years of professional experience in key account management
